Executive Team

ANTHONY M. LANZA is the founder and sole managing member of Carriage House Partners, LLC. Mr. Lanza has varied experience in the security industry, both domestically and internationally, as a project consultant in business development for both 3DRS International, NSM Surveillance, and Spear International. Mr. Lanza is a founder of SolutionPoint International, Inc. SPI provides an integrated array of business intelligence, security and compliance, identity assurance, and situational awareness solutions.

Anthony Lanza’s father, Frank C. Lanza, was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. since April 1997 until his death in June 2006. From April 1996, when Loral Corp. was acquired by Lockheed Martin Corporation, until April 1997, Frank Lanza was Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin, a member of Lockheed Martin’s Executive Council and Board of Directors and President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin. Prior to the April 1996 acquisition of Loral, Frank Lanza was President and Chief Operating Officer of Loral, a position he held since 1981.

ANTHONY M. COLLURA serves as General Counsel, and is an equity member of, Carriage House Partners, LLC. Mr. Collura also serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Solution Point International, Inc. (“SPI”) and as a Director and Corporate Secretary of SPI’s subsidiaries, The Bode Technology Group, NSM Surveillance and Guidepost Solutions. SPI, through it subsidiaries, provides an integrated array of business intelligence, investigation, due diligence, compliance, monitoring and security solutions (Guidepost Solutions), DNA identity and forensics products and services (Bode Technology) and sophisticated video surveillance products and solutions (NSM Surveillance) primarily to major corporations, government agencies and large law firms.

Mr. Collura has represented private and public companies as outside counsel in the security, identity management, biometrics, telecommunications, transportation, digital media, entertainment, manufacturing, brokerage, insurance, software and other industries. Mr. Collura represented these companies in a wide variety of business and commercial transactions including public and private securities offerings; securities law compliance and reporting matters; merger, acquisition and sale transactions; secured and unsecured loan transactions; corporate governance and compliance matters; commercial credit and lease transactions; intellectual property transactions: and joint venture and company formation transactions.

Mr. Collura currently serves in an Of Counsel capacity to the insurance defense law firm of Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP. Mr. Collura has previously served as private counsel to the Chairman of the New York State Senate Insurance Committee and as Town Attorney for the Town of Pelham, New York. Mr. Collura was a founding partner of the New York City based law firms of Silverman, Collura & Chernis, P.C. and McManus, Collura & Richter, P.C. Mr. Collura was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York in 1986 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Collura received a Juris Doctor Degree from New York University Law School in 1985. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 1982. Mr. Collura graduated Fordham Preparatory School in 1978.

KEVIN J. KEANE is the Managing Partner and a Member of the Executive Committee of O’Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins, LLP (ODMD), a full service Certified Public Accounting and consulting firm with five offices in NY, NJ and CT. ODMD is the largest CPA firm in Westchester. Mr. Keane has extensive experience in all areas of accounting and tax planning services and specializes in dealing with closely held businesses and their owners. He has over 30 years experience providing accounting and business advisory services to businesses in the real estate, construction and distribution industries. He has an expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and financing alternatives and is experienced in international business matters. Mr. Keane earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree in corporate finance from Pace University. Mr. Keane is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Westchester Chapter of the NY State Society of CPAs. He is actively involved in his community and serves on the boards and finance committees of various not-for-profit organizations and clubs. Kevin serves on boards and finance committees including the Irish Arts Center, Archbishop Stepinac High School, and The John E. Coleman School of the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center.
